Rachael Ray didn't email me back in a timely enough manner and I needed a knife. So, I marched into Bed Bath and Beyond and got a new knife. They took my old one and exchanged for a 2 new Calphalons. Yay! I can honestly remember paying over $70 for that old knife. They are now $17.99 for the same thing. Of course I didn't have the receipt from two and a half years ago, so I got credit for $17.99. But, on the upside, I do have two brand new sharp knives and I paid $2 for them. Sweet potatoes, here I come!
